Hands-on experience in all areas of estate agency, from conducting property viewings and preparing marketing materials to assisting with negotiations and progressing sales. My role also included prospecting for new leads, handling client enquiries, and arranging viewings and valuations. This experience allowed me to build strong communication skills and develop a solid foundation in residential sales.
