Joe and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we eventually completed a complicated sale. His level of expertise and integrity is outstanding and we were constantly kept up to date about the progress of the sale. Communication was always easy with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents and we would receive instant What’s app messages, regular telephone calls and emails. Zoe, Rebecca, Paul and Sam were also very helpful and always ensured our messages were passed on. Joe communicated directly with all the solicitors in the chain and this ensured everyone knew what was happening. Our family are long established clients and have know Andrew Pearce for over 37 years when we purchased our existing property through Andrew.
